Grilled Asparagus:

1 lb fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt & pepper to taste

1.  Preheat grill for high heat

2.  Lightly coat the asparagus with olive oil. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste

3.  Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Enjoy!

 

Naked Burger:

*preheat grill and reduce to medium heat when ready to grill*

1 ¾ Ground Beef Sirloin – Very lean

¾ teaspoon sea salt

¾ teaspoon pepper

¾ teaspoon garlic powder

 Romaine lettuce *to replace Burger Bun

 Tomato slices *if desired

1 cup chopped yellow onion

1.  Mix meat and ingredients together and divide into 6 portions

2.  Place burgers on grill rack over an unlit burner, cover and grill for 25-30 min or until juices run clear.

3.   Wrap burger in lettuce; add your condiments and Enjoy!

 

 

Pineapple Fruit Salad:

3 cups Pineapple

2 cups Watermelon

1 cup Kiwi

1 cup Green Grapes

1.  Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve

 

 Skinny Margarita:

(Only 76.5 calories and 7 g of carbs!)

In a shaker, mix:

  • the juice of one whole lime
  • one packet (about 3.5 grams) of stevia
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 ounce of Tequila (I prefer mid-grade silver Tequila, but go with whatever floats your boat!)
  • and ice

Shake and serve with a lime wedge.  If you prefer your Ritas with salt, rub the glass rim with lime juice and dip in sea salt before pouring.  Enjoy!
